So, I'm trying to change my name in PayPal to match the name I have in my bank account. My name in PayPal is missing my middle names. I have tried applying for a name change from my profile, but when I submit the Photo ID and Bank Statement files I get a message saying "Please try again". I have emailed PayPal customer support 2 separate times and there is no reply at all. This is very frustrating because I'm trying to withdraw money from my PayPal but I can't do so because my PayPal name needs to be the exact name I have on my bank account. What to do?
