I did all the things listed in this answer. PP sent me a letter from their security team with a code. I called them back and spoke with a rep . I gave him the code. The assured me everything was of, and I could use my PP credit from Synchgrony bank. I only wanted to update my SKYPE credit, However, even after all this, My skype Credit does not work?
