Why on earth is this still happening? PayPal allowed a random charge from ENUMBER INC under a “special financing” catergory that I’ve never seen before.. I noticed that there have been numerous complaints on here mentioning ENUMBER INC scam has also snuck their way into other PayPal user accounts. Why on earth is PayPal still allowing this to happen several years later? The fraud Cs rep “took my claim and will mail me a conclusion within a month”. This is so unsettling for me
