Hi, Check you the eBay listing you had for that item to view what email was the payment sent to in order for you to add that email to your PayPal account. Sometimes we make the mistake of misspelling our own email or placing an old email that is not currently on our PayPal account. Add the old email, confirm the email and then go to your "Activity" to view the payment, then click claim payment 🙂 Hope this helps!
