I have just bought a laptop on eBay from UK company, "HK technicals LTM" .My account has been suspended, I can't contact the seller or talk to the community center on eBay.. money from my bank account has been deducted but the transaction is cancelled.. please help me, what can I do to reverse this and have PayPal help me get back my money...
