I made a payment to a private seller via goods and services and she told me it was gonna take 21 days for it to come through so isn't going to send me the goods til it has. I've never come across this before, was told by seller it's a new thing. Payment comes out my bank account and has left. Should she send me the goods or do I need to wait for it to clear?
