Nope, you are not over-reacting. Ebay and Paypal fees together have become totally beyond reason. we still use other pay sources - a lot of folks still send us personal checks. Pay Pal is great in a lot of ways, but boy do they need competition. - I doubt if the ebay requirement to use paypal would hold up in any kind of court action, and I think that is why it hasn't been enforced - or at least we haven't seen it being enforced.
