I have a problem and I wish someone could help me .. I am from Egypt and according to this page I'm able to receive payment to my paypal account .. My account is verified and I have a credit card on it and I use my account to shop online regularly without a problem .. But when someone tried to send payment to my account today the process failed and he received this message "Sorry, this payment can’t be completed due to regulations. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." .. so where is the problem? I should be able to receive payment! who should I contact to solve my problem? ..
