To those who know more about Paypal than me. Recently, an associate of mine purchased tickets from private party that he will not receive for about 3 weeks, and he is telling me I should do the same. I asked him, "What if you don't get the tickets that you paid for ?" He said he was covered because he purchased the tickets with Paypal. He said he called Paypal and they told him that he would be refunded for the purchase if he did not receive the tickets, as long as he contacted Paypal within 40 days of the transaction. Does this sound right ? What do you think? Thanks.
