Just call Paypal and talk to someone about your case being closed but nothing being received. I ordered from them & they **bleep** me around, never even responded to my emails, I opened a claim & then it was closed because of tracking info & delivery confirmed but I ordered a three grill and got a cheap pair of earbuds. Paypal reopened my claim changing the reason and now I wait up to another 10 days and may have to ship them back before I get my refund.
