First of all i really hope paypal sees this and improves their way of making their users understand things better. They charged me $3 which a 4 DIGIT CODE was given to me which i have yet to find unless I FIND the card statement that they told me the 4 DIGIT code would be in. BUT IDK WHERE THAT IS. Dont expect everyone to know where that statement wtv is located at. Be more specific. Make our lives easier. So yeah thats my question. WHERE TO SPECIFICALLY FIND MY CARD STATEMENT?
