Hi I have had this issue for the past 6-8 months. Someone i do not know got my email and has used it to create a PayPal account under their name. The thing is i use this email for EVERYTHING so i had to create this new pay pal to try and figure things out. I NEED this email ASAP and i need to have a PayPal account with that email to pay invoices that get automatically sent to that email account. I need help ASAP. By tonight please someone. I have tried to reach PayPal in every way possible and I’ve got nothing.
