Hi, I've bought an eBay item and instantly paid with PayPal. The seller changed his mind and canceled my order. He also told me that he refunded me but so far I don't see any changes in my account. I've noticed in eBay resolution center that 1 case is waiting for my attention. It says that the seller canceled the order and I have two options to choose: Did you pay for this order and receive a refund? I didn't pay for this order I paid for this order, and I received a refund Since I haven't received a refund, I can't click on any of this so I'm stuck with it. Can anyone help me with this? thanks!
