I create a paypal account and use that account to get a payment.. The money is waiting to accept but my account is permanently limited. I contact them on Facebook they said to call them use message us option to contract. Now 1st I can't call because, I don't have the number anymore and can't use message us option because of the account status. They also said to wait 180 days. after 180 days, I will get the withdraw option in my maill, but 180 is over but didn't get any withdraw maill. Paypal didn't even return the sender the money back. The money is sill in the waiting to accept option. I don't want to use PayPal account anymore just want to withdraw that money or transfer that money and close the PayPal account. Can I do it? ...
