somebody asked for a refund which put my pay pal account into minus. I added money to bring the balance back to zero. 15 minutes later I went to add more money but when I click on deposit from my bank I get the page with the info i need to set up pay pal to my bank. My bank say as far as thet can see its set up. How do i proceed as the automated messages dont cover this. Can anyone help please? James.
