Good evening! I've made a transaction from my PayPal account to a bank in Romania. The thing is that the owner of the bank account (bank account holder) refused the money and a bank customer told me they will send the money back from where they came. My question is: I will get my money back in my PayPal account or will they get lost in PayPal's system? Have you guys ran in any problem like this in the future? Thanks!
