With my old Visa card I was able to link it to PayPal without problems, I've been using it for many years, the old Visa expired and I got a new one. Now, I can't link the new card to PayPal at all. When I try to, it outright declines my card for no apparent reason. I thought this was a case with my card or the bank, but no, the problem is on PayPal's end. So yes, how do I link my Visa to PayPal when PayPal just declines my card after I put in the number, the expiration date, the CVC and my address?
