Hi there, New to the pay in 3 system and finally used it for a couple of purchases from the same vendor. After the items arrived I realised I infant didn’t need them and sent the items back after 2 days with all box’s wrapping of the item still intact. After reading the return policy multiple times my returns where perfectly in line and evened messaged the vendor to say I was returning the orders, Whilst quoting the order number etc and they even confirmed the return address for me. I have email proof that the vendor did receive the items and had assured me that the refund would be processed on the same day, however a week later I still have not received any refund and the vendor (which is a store here in the UK and has a very big customer base) is not returning any of my emails etc. Can anyone advise what I should do going forward as effectively the vendor is holding the stock which has been paid for mostly my paypals money but mine too.
