I requested a dispute a couple of days ago, The automated response from PayPal indicates in order to obtain my refund, I must return on "my own cost". By no means does this seem fair to purchase an item for 200$, in results the scam items are valued no more than $35 Total (eBay comparison), and pay around $60 to ship it to a "different country" than whence it came from. Such scams should hit loss on there own accord in order to stop practices that attempt to play a "loop-hole" in the pay-pal policy. If the buyer drops all source of info thru-out the site in which the purchase was made (liked to paypal purchase). Should they lose all accountability to dispute return costs and take full responsibility (pending circumstances). Who is to say someone were to purchase a Rolex watch only to receive a generic Casio watch... Elephant in the room is the best way to put it. When it comes to scammers exploiting the PayPal automated dispute system. help/observation to obtain the oversight, return costs are only questionable with out of county. I believe it should be equal to that of USA Sellers on these notes.
