I paid for the transaction last Saturday May 18, 2019. The seller, KPOPPLUS is still not replying to my email in regards to the status of my order. I tried to email them 5 times already. Their website said that 1-3 days after payment, the items I purchased will be shipped but the website doesn’t give you information on what happened after the purchase. I’m worried that this is a scam because they don’t even reply to my emails. They already get the money ($197.90) from my account. Please help me. I need to get my money back. How do i do that? I already filed for a dispute but it looks like the email was also direct to the seller
