Hi i bought on Ebay an item Iphone XS for 740$ but i received Iphone X and in very bad condition. I start a claim in paypal and asked for refund about 340$ or i can send this item back (i was thinking that seller will accept this offer and i wont send this item). Paypal reviewed my claim and make decision that i have to return this item i am agree with that but in that case id like to received full refund 740$ but in case i can see amount 340$. Can i change that amount or make some correction. Becouse in that case i will just lose my money.
