Hi Everyone
I won an item ( car engine) that was advertised for collection only.
I promptly paid via paypal and scontacted the seller asking for the address for collection by courier.
Initially the seller failed to respond then when I called the telephone number indicated in the advert, they initially promised to text back the address but didnt.
When I attempted to mail them via ebay messaging , no response.
So I attempted to call the seller back and now they are simply cutting my calls without answering.
I checked the user's feedback and discovered to my horror that they were new from March this year 2019!
I need advice on how to reclaim my money as it shows completed in paypal.
