Hi, I disputed a charge because it did not show who the merchant was. Ended up being Itunes/App store. Now when I try to reestablish being able to use paypal to pay for more storage on my phone it won't let me. Can this be rectified?? I'm super frustrated. Thank you, Deborah ... View more
