I ordered 2 portable Air Conditioners from ebay Did NOT receive the items I contacted the seller 3 times waited 5 days, no answer Made claim with eBay, UPS and PayPal UPS provided Package was delivered to someone else and different address, I gave that proof to both ebay and PayPal eBay was about to refund my money but said they cannot because there is a claim open with PayPal I called PayPal and they said they will look into this claim and to wait for a refund in 4 to 5 business days Without even an email notice from PayPal I decided to check the status of my claim and found out I was denied Today 5/14 I put an appeal to my case urging them to check the UPS details that it is not me or my home address on the shipping info and the biggest and most obvious is that UPS clearly put that this is a 10lbs ONE item which TWO PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS do NOT weight 10lbs. I also checked the sellers ebay feedback and there are others who did not receive their items either
