Trying to pay with debit card. Card, plus account, already fully verified. I've tried removing the card. Then adding it when asked.. to no avail. This is only happening for payments over £300. I can pay for anything and everything else that is at least 1p under the £30 Mark. Now, again, eBay have logged negative none payment marks against my name. Again. I have 1 item left on my eBay purchase history that is over £299.99 (literally by 1 p!) That remains unpaid but with a none payment case open for. PayPal have refunded me to someone else's email/Paypal account...loads of times now...same for some payments I should receive for items I've sold...paypal have paid into someone else's account. PayPal REFUSE to rectify the situation and refund/pay me accordingly into MY account...and they blame it on the fact that the UP address used for the accounts is the same. I login to my account at university...and use a computer that is accessed by THOUSANDS of students and staff...pathetic isn't it. Such big 'high end' companies like PayPal & eBay not only robbing us blind behind closed doors, but also in pure day light! Back to your situation - Best bet is to ring your bank and ask them is there is a pending payment for the card you used to purchase the item..from paypal. If not then you will NOT get the refund paid to you and it's more than likely been paid elsewhere or randomly gone missing. Ring your bank and find out. Hi hun, are you receiving an email stating payment has not gone through? If so, check the email address that the message has been sent from. I'm not 100% certain of Paypals email address...but it should be something like:<removed> If this is not how you are being told that some payment has failed to go through, then please let me know ...and tell me how your being told it's failed. To verify your bank account, have you gone to your online banking to get the 4 digit pin code from the 1p PayPal transaction? This 4 digit code will be required on your PayPal..to verify your bank. If you have done this, then the bank account is verified. You will also have to verify email address and (recently this has been required) your mobile phone number. You can select your bank account as your preferred way to pay for items ...this can be done via going to the bank account added to your PayPal account...scrolling to the bottom of the page, then selecting it as your preferred method to pay.
