Hi, I purchased something on 17/12/21, it didn't arrive and the seller gave me a refund on 04/01/22. although this is still in pending and and I payed through PayPal. it now says the claim is closed when on recent activity but when i try and send a message it doesn't let me and says the case will automatically close on 26/01/22?
