As the title states, I am trying to buy a Sephora gift card through the PayPal gift card center, but it gives me an error, saying
"Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
I am attempting to purchase it with my PayPal balance, is it possible for me to do so?
