i purchased an item off facebook, paid via paypal.
what the seller sent me was nothing like what it should have been
i opened a dispute and now been told i need to send item back,
the address listed on paypal , post office will not except it as its not valid
i told paypal this and once again the seller gave the same address
this seller is a fraud as there has been 1000's of people claiming the same issues
i dont know what to do as paypal will not refund unless its sent back
