Hi I made an online purchase a week ago through an optician companies website and its been over a week now with no response apart from an online receipt saying that the payment is received and the order is being processed. The money has been taken and I notice on their receipt that its a paypal transaction, At the moment they are not replying to my messages so I will give them a few days more but my question is as the seller has received the payment through Paypal do I have any protection?
