so actually i sell a show on skype. theres one guy, he is trying to trap me by sending me the money then a few hours when i checked my withdraw again, i got super confused because i saw "payment on hold". thats never happened before. well i realized that he put the setting like he buying something from me, kinda like online shipping. so he requested for the refund because he is not satisfied. but this is not fair, at least i already give him "my show". can i still get the money? or he is gonna get his money back? anyone help??
