Case Closed: Transaction not covered Case ID: PP-D- After carefully reviewing your case, we found that this was an authorized transaction so it couldn’t be covered under 28214411 What can I do now, I can.t sent photos send a lot of messages to paypal to help me ,in finnaly my case is closed what can I do now

Hi I first time want to refund my money back and can't do it, I open dispute said that don;t received item like in description, I paid by paypal and now received a message that We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized. What that's mean?
