I bought a phone and paid €300 for it using PayPal. The seller agreed to sent it by registered mail. He sent me a tracking number that was a link to a website selling internet domains. When I contacted him he said he made a mistake and had posted the package by standard mail and had posted it 3 days later than had been agreed. its now 7 days later and I haven't received the item, I cant track it and the seller keeps trying to fob me off. When I go to resolution center the only option available is to report Suspicious activity on my account. I presume there must be another way to report this issue and is it possible now for me to get a refund?
