I tried to send money, originally $18, but accidentally charged it to my savings account, which only had $4. PayPal then hit the account with a $25 instant transfer, and then marked up the $18 sent to $25. These don't show on the PayPal activity, and are on different dates in my bank account than what shows up on PayPal. What happened? Also I have my debit card as a backup.
