Have same issue when using Chrome. On Microsoft Edge, there is no issue and after uploading my logo, the logo does display correctly. On Chrome, it shows a broken image. For PayPal do not be able to manage proper functionality is sad. When companies turn such large profits, seems like the proper business strategy is to invest in your customers that got you there. PayPal: Customer retention is always MUCH less capital intensive than customer acquisition.
