I know how to make Donate Buttons, I know how to make Subscription (reoccurring payments) buttons butI have a client who has asked for the following: A Form on her website that takes the basic info to pass on to paypal (I have the code for this) Name Email Address City State Zip In addtions she wants this: Message - a box to send a message I would like to receive your newsletter (check box) I would like to sponsor a child: (drop down list with kid’s names) (this can be options) Sponsorship Amount (drop down list with $30, 60, 90 or 120 /month) I would like to make a one time gift to help xxxxxx ministry (place where they can specify any amount) I would like to make a one time gift to help yyyyy ministry Home (place where they can specify any amount) I would like to donate a one time gift to the zzzzz ministry (to help purchase permanent land for both homes.) Donate Button I am just not sure how to combine the two into one form....
