I'm trying to pay off my outstanding PayPal Credit. Each time I try to do it, it appears to be successful the balance remains in my account statement. Worrying and frustrating! All sorts of problems signing up for a business account - the signing up process always takes me back to my other personal account. Have tried on three different computers and using different browsers including browsers downloaded for the specific task.    I'm sure it's cookies. I don't want to delete all my cookies / clear the cache to make it work - they are there for a reason ;o)   How to sign up without looping back always to my personal account?   Thanks     ...
