Hello, I don't remember ordering from this company, but received a package from Tom Pan Modern Boutique INC. <removed>. City of Industry CA. 91748. I opened the package & inside was 2 pair of leggings they feel WET & gross. I did not see it on my PayPal statement. When I looked it up on the BBB this company is out of business it looks like, now being called Chicv International Holding Limited. Can you look into this for me I would like to return this item, but no paperwork was sent with it. Thank You! Julie P.
