Hi,
I have a aid agency using Paypal donations and we have discovered this morning that even though the website appears to be working correctly, when the user gets to Paypal users are they can't make payments.
I did some testing and the first issue appears to be that when the user first arrives at Paypal, if they want to make a payment without a credit card they click continue, but that takes them to a screen (see screenshot below), where there is no option to simply pay by card the only options are to "Create a Paypal Account or Login".
Has anybody experienced this issue or have any clue what the problem might be?
