I have had a PayPal account for a while now but I just never actually sent nor recurved money through it. My friend went to send me money and I see it on my app but every time that I went to click it, it tells me that at the moment they aren’t able to process the money. I’m not sure why exactly. Both my email and phone number are verified as well as my bank information. I don’t know what the issue could be.
