Thanks for your reply. I downloaded the mobile app and I have accessed my account that way. If I need to access my account online I will try what you have suggested, thank you.

I'm trying to login to paypal (I tried on my phone and on desktop). My mobile verification code has never worked (literally for years) even though I've had the same number for 20 years, but in the past I've been able to skip it and access my account. As of today, there's no option to skip the verification sms code and therefore I can't login to my account!

Has anyone had any dealings with Entropay? I think it could be through PayPal that I created an account with them (to access some credit in my PayPal account) and now have to pay dormancy fees. I can't contact entropay to close my account and foresee fees piling up.
