Hello, So I was searching through Instagram to find influencers for my business. I've found one and we came to an agreement of the "service" or as known as a "shoutout". He/She mentioned that the shoutout would be published in about a couple hours after sending the payment. However, the shoutout was never published and I tried to send him/her emails regarding the issue but never got a reply back. Opened a Paypal dispute but it got denied. Does this mean the money I've sent is all gone? Thank you, Arash.
