Hello. I've got a business account set up for my own music commissioning purposes, and to test it out I've got $25 claimable at present. However, when I click "Claim Your Money," it directs me to a menu that only allows me to transfer it to a bank or card, neither of which I have available to me. I've entered an SSN, and although my account name isn't set to my legal name since for personal reasons (which I did a while ago not knowing whether it would cause a problem), everything else should be set up properly. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I'm honestly too tired to try to find out with no help. Does anyone know what's up here?
