Yes, this is the most fruestering thing !! This is a known issue or we would not be discussing this, depending on who you speak to at Paypal you will get different answers, mine started around Memorial Day. I have been told, there are too many pending transactions, ....I show the transactions cleared my bank at least 2-3 days back, I have 4 paypal accounts tied to 4 businesses.. all with these paypal debit card attached, every account is affected, as I am used to using my back up funding as I want to get the cash back for using the cards, maybe paypal is not liking us getting all this cash back? As I told the various paypal supervisors today, this is a very serious problem and has caused tremendous problems. Does anyone know of another type card that we can use, a different source that utilizes the past benefits and features of these paypal debit cards? Please share.....
