Hello, I would like some help please. I have made a transaction in a website (as a guest) on 06/05. Even though i have paid straight from my card (i don't know why paypal is involved) and i have received an email for payment from paypal. My card which is also linked to my paypal account. So i have received in my email (not my paypals' email but the one i used for the transaction in the website) receipt from paypal. Something went wrong, the package lost and the seller issue a refund to me on 22/05. Paypal's send an email that the seller issue a refund to me Today i received an email from paypal says that refund is completed and the money are in my paypal account. nothing is in my paypals account. where the money goes?
