Use the message center to write someone at Paypal and be persistent that you want the message to go to real person and not their automated bot. This is what I wrote them. Paypal has been deleting this when I post the screen shot so I'll see if this works. BTW, I won my case and actually got my money back from Paypal "I'm trying to find out what the status is on my pending case and why PayPal won't do anything to help its customers against Dongguan Shunfa Logistics. There are over 34 pages of people getting scammed by these crooks on PayPals website https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Disputes-and-Limitations/Fraud-Dongguan-Shunfa-Logistics-Co-Ltd/td-p/2014870 and it looks like you have only sided with one or 2 of them. The item that I ordered ( but tried to cancel with the seller) has taken over a month to ship and it is still in China(when their website said they were in Texas). They probably gave a bogus tracking number. This company is scamming lots of people. Do the right thing, shut down Dongguan Shunfa Logistics from using PayPal and refund these people their money. Stand behind your payment protection plan. Otherwise, you are just as guilty as these scammers are. Kash, try tracking it with 17track.net.  Its what these crooks told me to use when they sent me bogus tracking.  Its all in Chinese, but it will prove to Paypal that its not moving anywhere.  I saw yours on there and it shows it started shipping on 3/10 in Wisconsin (again all in Chinese) and has been hung up somewhere since 3/31.  Go to your Paypal account, go to the "HELP" tab, and down to "HELP CENTER".  Then go the the MESSAGE CENTER and start a message.  Tell them whats going on and show them your 17track.net tracking (screen shot if you have to).  Tell them that your package hasn't moved since March 31.  Refer to this forum and what is going on with everybody and tell them to do the right thing.  I went through this as well and got my money refunded by Paypal, and even though it was only for $36, it was the principal of it. Everyone I just wanted to update you with my case that I opened with PayPal.  They actually sided with me this morning and I received my refund.      I will tell you that you have to be persistent with them.  I got on their customer support chat last night and kept at it until the automated chat agreed to send my chat to a live person.  It then told me that due to the virus, it would be a while before they responded.  This was last night, they responded by the time I woke up this morning.
