Well I found out a few things after 3 days of trying to find "anyone" at PayPal CS that new anything and enduring 1 hangup, 2 dropped transfers, and a multitude of Reps that dont have a grasps of the English language. One, they are all pretty much useless & a bunch of robot idiots. Two, PayPal doesn't really give a darn about you and customer service was never in their blood. Three, No you cannot use another Credit Card account to pay off another. You may ony make payment to the PayPal Credit Card from either your Bank account or if you already have funds in PayPal. So Iam going to mail in a check to the PO Box. Oh and contrary to their instructions for mailing a payment in, I will not include my Credit Card # with the payment (although I did put the last 4 digits in the memo) just in case someone steals the letter and tries to use the number. I will definitely try my best to not use PayPal going forward but that will severely limit my buying options on eBay. Gotcha! Close this Post.
