It may be helpful to disable the fingerprint logon, clear the cache and/or delete the data for the App, re-start your mobile device, and then try logging on again. If that doesn't work, please try uninstalling the App and then re-installing. Please make sure the most current version of the operating system is being used on your mobile device, as well. Lastly, please insure you are logging on through a secure network.
If these suggestions don't resolve the problem, it may be necessary for you to contact Customer Service so assistance can be provided in real time.
