Brought a phone that had its IMEI changed, sales rep told me the phone was most likely stolen and had its IMEI changed. I do a paypal dispute, seller doesn't even defend themselves, I prove its a stolen phone, and in less then 8 hours I get my claim denied in favor of the seller?
