Hi I sent a MacBook Pro back to the seller which was a company because it was under guarantee still. They told me they had been in touch with apple and they suggested changing the hard drive. Which they say they did. When that didn't work they said it was the logic board but it would cost £120 to replace and they would need to charge me for doing it. I said no it's under guarantee and I'm not paying. They insisted I paid or they would send it back. I said send it back. Nothing has arrived. They aren't replying to my emails so I'm £170 plus the price of posting it back to them. What can I do. I've tried contacting Ebay but can't get past the first screen. Barry
