I got scammed out of 127.00. Filed a claim seller uploaded a tracking number that showed it was delivered. Paypal denied my claim. It wasn't delivered to me. So I called USPS customer service and they told me the address it was delivered to was not mine. I then went to my local USPS office and they gave me a printout stating that it wasn't delivered to my address. That worked for me!
